إصابة القضيب وكسر في الأجسام الكهفية هي حالة سريرية غير شائعة.
السبب الأكثر شيوعًا هو الصدمة المباشرة أثناء الاتصال الجنسي.
يتجلى بألم مفاجئ وكدمات وتشوه.
يتم الوصول إلى التشخيص من خلال التاريخ الطبي والفحص البدني. يمكن إجراء الموجات فوق الصوتية كاختبار تصوير.
يتم علاجها حاليًا بإصلاح جراحي عاجل.
