Erectile dysfunction

Very low urgency
Common-
Erectile dysfunction is difficulty in reaching or maintaining a hard erection, which prevents sexual intercourse. It is more frequent in elderly men due to aging that affects blood circulation and innervation in the penis. Diagnosis is clinical but a test will rule out some diseases. General guidelines for circulation problems should be followed (quit smoking, reduce alcohol consumption, exercise, etc.) and the cause should be combated. The possibility of phosphodiesterase inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis or Levitra) or injecting vascular dilators into the corpora cavernosa may be evaluated, always under medical supervision. Consult your doctor; in many cases, there is a solution.
