They are small swellings around the gland that are white, pink or clear, of around 1 to 2 mm in size, which appear from puberty. They are not a disease; they are harmless and the only problem is aesthetic. Because of this, they do not require treatment. You may consult a dermatologist and/or urologist to confirm the diagnosis and evaluate an aesthetic treatment.
