Pearly genital papules - Hirsuties papillaris genitalis

Very low urgency
--

Small protuberances around the gland which appear from puberty.

It is believed to have a hereditary origin and it has been described an incidence increase in non-circumcised males for phimosis.

They appear as white, pink or partially transparent bumps and vary in size from 1 to 2 mm.

They are not a disease; they are harmless and the only problem is aesthetic.
