Psychogenic cough

Very low urgency
--

Cough in which there are no clinical or laboratory signs of disease.

Depressive illness and stress are precipitating factors.

It manifests only with cough, without other symptoms or alterations in diagnostic tests.

Treatment is based on general care and psychotherapy.
