これは、関節の慢性炎症であり、乾癬患者の30％が罹患するとされています。
通常、大小両方の関節を侵し、そして非対称的です。手足の末梢指節間関節がよく侵されます。
診断は臨床所見により、関節炎の症状がある乾癬患者には、罹患を疑う必要があります。
治療には、抗リウマチ薬と生物学的製剤が用いられます。
