胃壁の断裂です。
最も一般的な症状は胃壁の全層に影響を与える潰瘍です。
深刻な腹部痛、吐き気、嘔吐、発熱および／または震えが現れます。
診断は病歴および全身の身体検査を通して到達します。追加検査には血液および画像検査（腹部レントゲン検査、CTスキャン）が含まれています。
治療は常に断裂を修復するための手術を伴います。
