陰嚢に囲まれている精巣は、生殖器、腹部、または骨盤の外傷がある場合、負傷する可能性があります。これらの負傷は開放性傷口または非開放性の場合があります。
一般的な原因は、交通事故、スポーツ損傷、激しい性行為または銃創です。
重度の精巣痛、陰嚢ヘルニア、腫れが現れます。
診断は、病歴、診察と触診に基づく身体検査、症状によっては精巣の超音波検査が行われます。
治療は損傷の範囲によりますが、保存的または外科的に行われます。
