陰茎損傷および海綿体の骨折は珍しい臨床的状況です。
最も一般的な原因は、性交中の直接的な外傷です。
突然の痛み、打撲、変形が現れます。
診断は、病歴、身体検査を通してたどり着くことができます。画像検査と同様に、超音波検査も行われる場合もあります。
緊急の外科手術で治療が行われます。
