中程度の緊急性
非常によくあるやや厳しい
早期に制御されなければ様々な臓器に異常を引き起こす可能性がある血圧の急増（収縮期血圧180mmHg以上および／または拡張期血圧120 mmHg以上）です。通常、高血圧症の患者に診られ、頭痛、鼻血、息切れおよび胸痛などの特徴があります。血圧値の確認後、臓器障害を検知する追加検査を行います。緊急医療事態のため、即効性のある降圧剤を用いて治療する必要があります。
