중간 수준의 긴급성
매우 일반적중간 정도의 중증
조기에 혈압을 조절하지 않으면 신체의 여러 장기에 이상을 일으킬 수 있는 급성 혈압 상승(수축기 혈압 180mmHg 초과 및/또는 이완기 혈압 120mmHg 초과) 상태입니다. 주로 고혈압 환자에게 발생하며 두통, 코피, 호흡곤란 및 흉통 등의 증상이 나타납니다. 혈압 수치를 확인한 후에는 장기 손상을 파악하기 위해 추가 검사를 실시해야 합니다. 의학적 응급처치가 필요한 상황이기 때문에 속효성 항고혈압제로 즉시 치료해야 합니다.
