낮은 수준의 긴급성

소장 하부 벽에 있는 "주머니"인 메켈 게실의 염증입니다. 주머니는 태아 단계에서 장과 탯줄 사이의 기존 결합 부위로, 주머니가 출생 시 닫히지 않을 때 질환이 나타납니다.
염증은 일반적으로 감염에 의해 이차적으로 속발하여 발생합니다.
복통, 대변 내 혈액, 욕지기 및 구토 등의 증상이 나타날 수 있습니다.
진단은 임상 병력 확인, 신체 검사, 혈액 및 대변 검사, CT 스캔 및/또는 섬광조영술 등의 영상 검사와 같은 추가 검사를 통해 이루어집니다.
출혈이 있는 경우 게실을 제거하기 위해 수술을 받는 것이 좋습니다.
