매우 낮은 수준의 긴급성
일반적-
신경계 장애로 인해 불수의적이고 리듬감 있는 움직임이 발생하는 것을 말합니다. 이러한 떨림은 일반적으로 손에 나타나지만 머리, 목소리 및 다리에도 나타날 수 있습니다. 주로 60세 이상의 사람들에게 발생합니다.
원인은 밝혀지지 않았지만 유전적 요인이 있을 수 있습니다.
움직이면 손의 떨림이 심해집니다. 떨림이 머리에 발생하는 경우 머리가 상하 또는 좌우로 움직일 수 있습니다.
진단은 문진과 신체 검진을 통해 임상적으로 이루어집니다. 파킨슨병과 같은 다른 떨림의 원인과 구별해야 합니다.
증상이 경미하다면 치료가 필요하지 않습니다. 필요한 경우 베타차단제, 항경련제 또는 벤조디아제핀과 같은 약물을 사용할 수 있습니다. 떨림이 심한 장애를 유발하는 상황에 있어서 치료에 반응이 없는 경우에는 수술을 고려할 수 있습니다.
생명을 위협하지는 않지만 큰 장애를 유발할 수 있습니다.
