일반적-
심부정맥혈전증(DVT)은 신체의 정맥 중 하나, 주로 다리 심부정맥에 발생하는 혈전을 일컫는 이름입니다.
심부정맥혈전증은 50세 이후, 여성, 임신 중, 산후 기간에 더 흔히 발생합니다.
움직이지 않는 생활 습관, 흡연, 비만, 일부 약물 및 특정 혈액 질환으로 인해 유발될 수 있습니다.
일반적으로 영향을 받는 사지에 통증, 부종, 발적, 발열 증상이 나타납니다.
진단은 병력 확인과 신체 검진을 통해 이루어집니다.
치료에는 통증과 염증을 완화하는 진통제와 항염증제, 혈전을 용해하는 혈전용해제, 새로운 혈전 형성을 방지하는 항응고제가 포함됩니다.
