생식기, 복부 또는 골반 외상이 있는 경우 음낭으로 둘러싸인 고환이 손상될 수 있습니다. 개방형 부상 또는 폐쇄형 부상일 수 있습니다.
교통사고, 접촉 스포츠를 통한 외상성 부상, 격렬한 성행위 또는 총상이 일반적인 원인입니다.
심한 고환 통증, 음낭 혈종 및 부종이 증상으로 나타납니다.
진단은 병력 확인, 모니터링 및 촉진을 기반으로 한 신체 검사, 경우에 따라 고환 초음파를 통해 이루어집니다.
치료는 병변의 범위에 따라 보존적 치료 또는 수술적 치료로 이루어질 수 있습니다.
