낮은 수준의 긴급성
매우 일반적-
유스타키오관을 통해 목구멍으로 체액이 제대로 배출되지 않아 발생하는 중이(고막 바로 뒤)의 염증 및 감염입니다.
따라서 특히 아기와 아동에게는 감기에 걸린 후 얼마 지나지 않아 이염이 시작되는 것은 흔한 일입니다.
증상으로는 귀의 중증 통증(이통), 전신이 편치 않은 느낌, 구토, 증상이 있는 귀의 청력 소실, 발열(2세 미만 아동의 경우) 등이 있습니다.
진단은 임상 검사 및 이경 검사를 통해 이루어집니다.
질병과 합병증의 진행을 예방하기 위해 의사의 권고에 따라 항염증제와 항생제로 치료합니다. 귀에서 갑자기 노란색 또는 녹색 액체가 분비되는 경우 고막 파열이 발생했을 수 있으므로 즉시 의사의 진찰을 받아야 합니다.
