Baixa urgência

O traumatismo peniano e fratura dos corpos cavernosos é uma patologia rara.
A causa mais frequente é o traumatismo direto durante as relações sexuais.
Manifesta-se com dor súbita, hematoma e deformidade.
O diagnóstico realiza-se através da anamnese e exame físico. Como exame de imagem, pode ser realizada uma ultrassonografia.
Atualmente trata-se com reparo cirúrgico urgente.
