O traumatismo peniano e a fratura dos corpos cavernosos são uma entidade pouco comum.
A causa mais frequente é o traumatismo direto durante as relações sexuais.
Manifesta-se com dor repentina, hematomas e deformidades.
O diagnóstico é feito mediante história médica e exame físico. Como teste de imagem, o pode ser realizado um ultrassom.
Atualmente, é tratado trata-se com reparo cirúrgico urgente.
