最常见的原因是溃疡影响胃壁的整个厚度。
它表现为严重的腹痛，恶心，呕吐，发烧和/或发冷。
通过临床病史和完整的体格检查进行诊断。血液测试和成像测试（腹部X射线，CT）将需要作为补充测试。
治疗几乎总是涉及手术来修复休息。
