贝克氏囊肿或pop窝囊肿是关节液积聚，在膝盖后形成囊肿（pop窝）。
这种肿胀是由于润滑膝关节的滑液增加所致。
大囊肿可能会引起一些不适或僵硬，但通常没有任何症状。它可以感觉像一个充满水的气球。有时，囊肿可能会打开（断裂）并导致膝盖和小腿背部疼痛，肿胀和瘀伤。
诊断将通过临床病史和完整的体格检查进行，无需进行补充放射学检查。
通常不需要治疗。如果囊肿是痛苦的，治疗的目标是纠正导致它的问题。
