如果有生殖器创伤，腹部创伤或骨盆创伤，包裹在阴囊周围的睾丸可能会受伤。它们可以是开放的或封闭的。
通常原因是交通事故，练习接触性运动的创伤，强烈的性活动或枪械伤害。
它表现为强烈的睾丸疼痛，阴囊血肿和肿胀。
诊断是根据临床病史，基于检查和触诊的身体检查，以及根据情况进行的睾丸超声检查。
治疗将取决于损伤的程度，因为它可能是保守的或手术的。
